Responsibilities:

• identify, analyze and develop new route opportunities and attract new routes and airlines to
Lithuanian Airports;
• proactively build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing and other
external stakeholders (regions, other airports, tourism bodies, etc.) to gather analytical and
route rationale data as well as promote connectivity;
• initiate and oversee joint marketing activities with airlines, to increase passenger numbers
and connectivity of Lithuanian Airports;
• assess possibilities of new routes / markets / airlines based on potential of traffic growth,
strategic fit, support mechanism and possible entry opportunities;
• represent Lithuanian Airports at aviation exhibitions and events, with the view of bringing in
new opportunities.

Requirements for the position:

• have a proven (2+ years) track record in global B2B sales;
• knowledge and experience in airline / airport business would be a real benefit;
• good analytical, negotiation and organizational skills;
• highly motivated with quick orientation, time management skills and with entrepreneurial
attitude;
• outstanding communication and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to build and
maintain effective relationships;
• the ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Monthly salary:

• from 3000 Eur (bruto) plus bonus packages, individually tailor-made benefits and company’s
